In today’ s world, packaged products weighing 50 or more kilograms are carried in Big Bags, reflecting sense of respect for human life anbd labor. 1500 kg of bulk cargo can ben carried at once in a Big Bag of 2 or 3 kg.

Therefore, the need for a large number of sacks, wooden pallets of 20 to 30 kilos or P.E. shrink film cover has been eliminated. Thus transportation involves only one single 3 kilogram Big Bag, in addition to the weight of cargo itself. Transportation in Big Bags presents an enviroment friendly solution; stocking and recycling  is also easier and more economical.

Big Bags of various sizes and types that can carry loads of 500 to 2000 likograms are manufactured in Integral Ambalaj plants, in accordance with EFIBCA and ISO standarts. The company produce Big Bags with anti-leak laminated dustproof stitching; with P.E. liner, P.E. liner glued to the outer wall and shaped P.E. liner rectangular shaped Big Bags of asbestos and Big Bags (FIBS’ s) with UN certification for hazardous goods.

When traditional Big bags are placed in containers there is significant loss in volume; whereas by cubic Big Bags in a container the whole volume available for transportation can bu utilized.

Dont select the right FIBC for the job in consultation with the manufacturer or supplier.
Do read the instruction label on the FIBC.
Do inspect reusable FIBC’ s before refilling.
Do check that the discharge spount is closed off before filling.
Do use lifting gear of sufficient capacity to take the suspended load.
Do ensure that crane hoohsi bars of forklift arms used for lifting are of adefuate size and are rounded to at least the thickness of sling or belt.
Do protect the FIBC’ s from rain and for prolanged sunlight.
Do ensure that FIBC’ s are adeqately secured during transportation.
